Holding your own OneHousehold OneHour Prayer Event

One of the exciting ways that you can support OneHousehold is to host a OneHousehold OneHour Prayer Event in your home or church.

Here are some easy steps to host your own event:

• Pick a time and place for your event.
• Make sure you have enough room for guests to sit.
• Download and print out enough prayer guides for each person who is planning on attending.
• Take some time at the beginning to share how you got interested in reaching out to the households of the Arab World.
• Have the group share how they imagine a household in the Arab World.
• Talk about how your household and the households of the Arab World are different / the same.
• Have people look over the thirty prayer requests and then open your time of prayer. You can go in a circle or open it up to whoever would like to pray.
• Finish your prayer time by asking how God has moved people’s hearts for the households of the Arab World through this time.
